Interested in starting your nursing career with no cost training?

Through Care Careers OK, you can obtain your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Developmentally Disabled Direct Care Aide (DDCA) certifications.

We want you to know about the amazing benefits of Care Careers Oklahoma

How the Care Careers Program Works for Job Seekers

1. We Recruit for Our Partner Facilities — Not Directly for Ourselves

We are not a hiring company. Instead, we help connect you with long-term care facilities (like nursing homes or assisted living centers) that are part of our Care Careers network. These facilities are actively hiring and looking for great candidates like you.

2. Complete the Interest Form

If you’re interested in working in a care facility — as a CNA, CMA, DDCA, fill out our Interest Form on this website. This helps us learn about you and connects you to facilities that may fit your interests and location.

3. Browse Job Listings & Apply Directly

Use our Job Database to browse open positions near you. Each job post will include contact information for the facility or person who posted the job. You are responsible for following up directly with them to apply.

Important:
We do not hire directly — each facility does its own hiring. We simply help guide you to them!

4. Get Support from Our Team (Optional)

Once you submit your Interest Form, our team can:

  • Suggest facilities that are actively hiring near you.
  • Answer questions about the hiring process.
  • Help you understand what each facility offers.

But the final steps — applying, interviewing, and accepting a job — are up to you.

5. Facilities May Help Pay for Your CNA Certification

Many of our partner facilities offer paid training or will pay for you to earn your CNA certification after you’re hired — especially if you start in entry-level positions like dietary aide or housekeeping. Some facilities may even start your CNA training immediately.

6. You Get to Choose What’s Best for You!

Think of it like shopping — you can explore the different facilities, compare what they offer, and pick the one that fits your needs and career goals.
