CareCareersOK.com is an ARPA grant-funded program designed to develop the workforce for the long-term care industry. The program will help participants:

• Find a job now
• Pay for CNA and CMA training.
• Put participants on a career path with opportunities for advancement and stable employment for years to come.

The State of Oklahoma is facing a workforce shortage in our long-term care facilities. This program brings all the resources together to help with finding immediate employment, have next steps of training and certification paid for while participants work in the industry, and it puts entry-level employees on a healthcare career path at competitive pay.

While participants work in a non-certified position at a long-term care facility, their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training will be paid for.
